How do shipments work? Do you ship nationwide.
We currently ship to the 48 contiguous states. With our meal plans, customers receive deliveries of freshly prepared food on a recurring and flexible basis. Plans are customized to fit your dog’s needs and come in convenient serving packs to make feeding easy. Your pup’s food arrives in refrigerated and environmentally friendly boxes that keep the food safe. We perfectly time deliveries to make sure you never run out of food and you will have the ability to adjust deliveries at any time online.
How do I know if the dog food is sale to eat when it arrives?
As long as at least one pack is partially frozen with the rest being very cold, theyʼre all safe to refreeze and feed!
What if I am not home when my box arrives?
Your boxes are packed with plenty of insulation and coolant for precisely this reason, and keep your food safe and cold during and after transit. Unpack it as soon as youʼre able, and as long as at least one pack is still partially frozen with the rest being very cold, they’re all completely safe to refreeze and feed.
How environmentally are your deliveries?
This planet gifted us dogs, and caring for it is just as important. That’s why we’ve designed our packaging with the environment in mind. The cardboard boxes our food is delivered in are fully recyclable. We use two types of insulation: one is biodegradable and dissolves easily under running water, while the other is recyclable curbside alongside the box. Simply check the liner for detailed disposal instructions. Each shipment also includes a biodegradable food storage container, and all our packs are made from BPA-free, non-toxic materials to keep your pet safe and the planet healthy.

Order Early
Ordering for a special occasion? We recommend selecting a delivery date AT LEAST 1 week in advance to allow for any delays and to let your product thaw safely.
Shipping Issues
While we ship with the full intention of delivering on your requested delivery date, unforeseen delays can occur. We recommend selecting delivery at least a week in advance from when you plan to prepare and cook. With the ample amount of dry ice we pack with, you can safely store in your freezer until ready to thaw.
REFUNDS AND RETURNS

Thank you so much for purchasing from Fresh4Dogs. We strive to ensure every single customer of ours has an experience they intend to rave about with their friends and family. Part of that commitment is working with you, our customer, to make sure you get the products you ordered, arriving in excellent condition to your door. In the event that we fall short in one link of that chain, please contact us at your earliest convenience at orders@freshharvestmarket.com within 15 days of receiving your order.
Since the shipping of our products is inherently time sensitive, we do not accept returns. If you received a product that did not live up to our Fresh4Dogs commitment, our customer service representatives will work with you to create a fair outcome. This will require photos of the product for our internal records, but we will begin the process of review and/or refund as soon as you contact us.
Fresh4Dogs has the right, at our discretion, to substitute your order due to availability.
On average our representatives are able to reply within 24 to 48 business hours, with a complete resolution achieved within a week, but we guarantee that the process will take no longer than two weeks. The options for resolution include but aren't limited to a replacement shipment, store credit to be used on any new products or a refund of the original purchase.
